Except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions (including the Content Usage Rules) or in any External Use Licence, no other copying, dissemination, publication, communication, making available, or distribution in any form of the IFPI Global Music Report 2019, in whole or in part, is permitted. You may not sub-license, lease, rent, or sell the IFPI Global Music Report 2019 or copies of it or any part of it. IFPI reserves all rights.
In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, and without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to them, IFPI and RITCO reserve the right to take appropriate steps to address such breach, up to and including (where appropriate) immediate termination of any existing licence or permission and recovery of damages and costs.

Your organisation is responsible for ensuring that its staff comply with these Terms and Conditions. References to your organisation include a company, partnership, sole proprietorship or other unincorporated business organisation.
