In these Terms and Conditions, "IFPI Global Music Report 2024" refers to the IFPI Global Music Report published on 21st March 2024 which covers the recorded music industry in calendar year 2023.

Please read these terms and conditions and IFPI's general terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions apply to your use of the IFPI Global Music Report 2024. The IFPI Global Music Report 2024 is sold by Recording Industry Trading Company Limited (RITCO), a company registered in England & Wales, 7 Air Street, London W1B 5AD United Kingdom (VAT Number: 744390623 Company No: 03852503).

Access to the IFPI Global Music Report 2024

Details of how to gain access to the IFPI Global Music Report 2024 will be provided by email after you have purchased an IFPI Global Music Report 2024 package.

Username and Password

You must not share your access to the IFPI Global Music Report 2024 with anyone outside your organisation.

IFPI Global Music Report 2024 Content Usage Rules

You must comply with the Content Usage Rules.

External Use

Any external use of data or material from the Data and Analysis section of the IFPI Global Music Report 2024 requires an External Use Licence for which an additional fee is payable. An External Use Licence covers the terms under which data or material from the Data and Analysis section of the IFPI Global Music Report 2024 can be used in items such as reports, publications, or presentations which go outside your organisation. University Libraries

If your organisation is a university and you have purchased the IFPI Global Music Report 2024 Academic/Non-Profit Package for the university library, then provided the university library’s published rules require library users to comply with copyright laws, you may make the PDF/electronic copy of the IFPI Global Music Report 2024 available in the library for access by all registered university staff or students, provided you inform them that their use of the IFPI Global Music Report 2024 will be subject to these Terms and Conditions (including the Content Usage Rules).

Intellectual Property Rights

The IFPI Global Music Report 2024 is protected by copyright. All rights, including copyright and all other intellectual property rights, in and to the IFPI Global Music Report 2024 are either owned by or licensed to IFPI/RITCO. Except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions (including the Content Usage Rules) or in any External Use Licence, no other copying, dissemination, publication, communication, making available, or distribution in any form of the IFPI Global Music Report 2024, in whole or in part, is permitted. You may not sub-license, lease, rent, or sell the IFPI Global Music Report 2024 or copies of it or any part of it. IFPI reserves all rights.

Breach of these Terms and Conditions

In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, and without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to them, IFPI and RITCO reserve the right to take appropriate steps to address such breach, up to and including (where appropriate) immediate termination of any existing licence or permission and recovery of damages and costs.

Reliance on Information

The IFPI Global Music Report 2024 was created using the methodology set out in it. The IFPI Global Music Report 2024 is not intended to amount to advice on which any reliance should be placed. No responsibility or liability is or will be accepted by IFPI or RITCO in relation to the accuracy or completeness of the IFPI Global Music Report 2024 or in connection with the use of or reliance upon the IFPI Global Music Report 2024 or any information contained in it for any purpose. IFPI and RITCO may change, update or correct any of the information, figures or other content contained in a report at any time without notice.

Compliance with these Terms and Conditions

Your organisation is responsible for ensuring that its staff comply with these Terms and Conditions. References to your organisation include a company, partnership, sole proprietorship or other unincorporated business organisation.

In the event you wish to cancel your purchase, please refer to section 9 of the IFPI website's general terms and conditions.
